Why ECHO exists
We spent years watching leadership teams, schools and growing organisations buy expensive, lengthy and time-consuming personality tests, profile their people and then watch the reports gather dust on shelves without any impact on individual, team or organisational performance.
We wanted something different. A quick and easy-to-use tool that a manager can read once and use the same morning. No certification, no judgements, no jargon, no scoring. Just immediate insights that make sense in the language people actually speak at work.
What we believe
ECHO is a mirror, not a measure. It reflects how someone tends to work. It never grades them, ranks them, or tells you what they're worth.
We think most people know how they prefer to work and that a manager's job is to enable them to show up at their best. ECHO is built to help managers give this support, not to give managers ammunition for performance or appraisal decisions.
We're explicit about this. ECHO isn't built for HR ratings, hiring, sorting, appraisals or contract reviews. It's built for the next conversation you're about to have.
